PASSPORTS AND VISAS

• • The consultant is responsible for checking the validity of their passport, noting that most countries require a minimum of 6 months remaining on the passport.

  • The cost and responsibility for obtaining a new passport will be borne by the consultant.

  • The consultant is responsible for identifying when a visa is required. In the event of a visa being required the Company will cover the full cost of obtaining this.

  • Consultants needing to travel to the USA must complete and 'ESTA' application in advance of travel. It is the consultants responsibility to obtain this.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

• • As an independent contractor, Associates and Consultants are responsible and will need to ensure they arrange and have in place all necessary personal insurances. Eco may request an Associate or Consultant to provide E Co. with a copy of their Certificate of Insurance for inspection.

HEALTH AND SAFETY
